Talitha Fabricius

Talitha Fabricius is a project director with extensive client-side experience in planning, design, and construction projects worldwide. She takes the lead in managing multi-disciplinary teams from project inception through feasibility, programming, design and construction. Through her over 20 years of experience she has developed an expertise in delivery of complex higher education, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining RMW, Talitha was with Sorouh Real Estate PJSC in Abu Dhabi. At Sorouh she was Design and Planning Director for the Lulu Island Development, managing the master planning effort for the 500 hectare mixed use residential / resort community. Prior to moving to Abu Dhabi, Talitha was at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for over ten years, managing large scale planning, design and construction projects on the Client side, contributing significantly to the physical transformation of the campus.  At MIT Talitha worked with renowned international design firms that included Frank Gehry, Fuhimiko Maki, Steve Holl, Moore Ruble Yudell, and Charles Correa in the execution of these projects. Talitha has lived and worked in seven countries and twelve cities, bringing a truly international perspective to the RMW practice.

  • John Massauro

    John Massauro is a professional civil engineer with strong project management experience and has managed a number of large-scale resort and development projects worldwide.  He has worked as both a Client Representative as well as with leading Consulting Design and Construction firms and possesses a substantial portfolio of designed and built-work both within the US and on International projects. His responsibilities have included comprehensive Project Management on a Client level for a variety of project types ranging from initial design and permitting efforts through final design and construction administration. John Massauro and Anthony Mallows worked together for several years when they were both at Sasaki Associates Inc. Their successful collaboration has won several awards.  Mr. Massauro has seasoned capabilities in the areas of comprehensive infrastructure planning and design and, through work as Construction Administrator for several leading Engineering and Architectural firms, a detailed understanding of infrastructure network planning, building systems and construction services.

    Amit Dalal

    Mr. Dalal has over 25 of years of experience working as a consultant, engineer and energy market specialist. He works on market assessments and capacity building, concentrating on conducting customized industry and technology surveys and economic/financial analysis for government agencies responsible for delivering new investments in manufacturing, energy, power, and water services. These include conducting demand studies, feasibility studies and support on decision making. He also consults with clean tech investors, manufacturing companies, and multi and bilateral donor agencies providing analytical support for project analysis, policy analysis and design and institutional strengthening to achieve their business objectives. His primary expertise areas are: market assessment and due diligence – conducts market analyses for range of services and manufacturing entities, with a focus on energy efficiency, clean tech and energy; business planning and financial analyses – supports preparation of business plans, financial viability and investor due diligence; formulates and fosters public private partnerships; emerging markets – possesses key experience in more than ten emerging markets with special focus on Asia and Middle. Mr. Dalal holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics.

    Shaun Bourgeios

    SP Bourgeois is a growth strategy advisor with deep experience helping clients to understand their market opportunities, develop the business case for investment and create iteratively stronger management and operational plans for implementation.  He has worked in a number of countries around the world, including nearly three years in the Chinese market, and an equal amount of time in the Middle East. His engagements have ranged from new cities and large development planning efforts to small and complex market assessment questions that were heavily dependent on primary market research for success. He has project experience in the water and wastewater, real estate, finance, infrastructure, catalogue, internet, FMCG and international development spaces.   Mr. Bourgeois has worked with Fannie Mae, PA Consulting Group and Tetra Tech over the past decade, and he holds an MBA from American University, a Masters degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College, with study abroad semesters at the American University in Cairo and St. Andrews University in Scotland.
